Rendered services to them. Motor Spec Fleet Line failed to produce documentation which is required by us to accompany a warranty claim. They did not comply with any of our requirements, questioning our integrity and quality of workmanship. Continued to give us a bad reputation by reporting us on all social media platforms without substantiating their claims. All we wanted was for Motor Spec Fleet Line to produce the supporting documentation as requested for further investigation and assistance in resolving the matter.
