Negative: Not Professional.
My sister purchased a second hand 2017. VW Polo Monday 11April 2022, she immediately paid cash for the car.Apparently their were disagreements amongst the sales people who was entitled to sell the car the same day. A sales manager called her about 6 tonight Thursday 14th saying her sale will be cancelled because the car was promised to someone else...what bull, why did this other person not secured the sale? He than had the audacity to tell her that he will source her another car in the same price range... I'm not going to leave it here but will contact their CEO
