Your consultant Chantal rescued my relationship with Telkom. I was on the verge of cancelling my entire contract due to the horrific service I received from the telesales centre. I initiated an upgrade with them on the 10th of Jan 20**. As of yesterday, 01 Feb 20** I still had no upgrade, conflicting feedback and was still getting the runaround from the various people I had spoken to there. But the angel in your store turned that all around with her prompt, efficient and professional service. The personal touch came when she remembered me from a previous in-store visit to enquire about an upgrade before my nightmare with the telesales centre started. Well done on employing her. She was excellent and also the cause of me remaining a Telkom customer. THANK YOU CHANTAL!!!
